DAY 2:
First Stop: Esplanade

i risked my life for this!
the busport (bus station) at Esplanade
I had chocolate drink over here! AUD$3.50 warm my tummy up and i feel so comfortable after my lousy meal last night.
something very different in Perth is the first sound you heard when you wake up and open the window is seagull instead of crows. and the first thing that i face when i open the window is auctally a lot of buildings and not just one big building. i can even see the riverrr from the balcony. AWESOME leh!!
anywayyyyy, our first stop is esplanade because it's the nearest train station to our hotel. we can auctally walked there but public transport is free to train station so we just took a bus there.
after reaching esplanade, we took a train to leederville to catch a movie. their movie tickets are expensive. Student price is AUD$11 while adult price is $22/$23. thanks god i brought my concession pass there!!!!
and i had my breakfast (beacon and bread) there at DOME which is super salty. i can't take it and had no choice but to buy their drinks over there!
(seriously, how often do i buy drinks when i had my meal?)

they had two types of arrangement for train. this is the arrangement which is identical to Singapore. i prefer the another arrangement which is like the bus arrangment~ beside the window that type.

i was amazed by the train station because i never seen a train station on the ground partially shelther. i thought i will see this only in narnia movie.
it reads: The lucky ones are hit with a $200 fine.

they have no tapping card machines too! so you can auctally catch a free ride if you want but don't be so suay kena caught!!

after the movie, we passed by this ice cream shop which sadly i forget the name ): i think it's gelatomio or something. i had the mango and chocolate ice cream which tastes really really really very very very yummmmmmyyyy! sticky and bitter and sour!!
then afterwhich we took the train to Perth (it's the interchange like cityhall) and switch to another train to Fremantle.
and the train station is way so damn big!! it's like to switch train, you have to walk a distance which is comparable to walking from boonlay MRT station to the new bus interchange.

but anyway, i like this train station!! very niceee!!
so on the train there's a lot of teenagers going out to shopping and i was looking at them, cos the way they dress is very unique and pretty also. oopsss. i was so tempted to snatch a quick photo of them.
then on the other few stops, there's a lot of old people coming in but few offered their seats.
i didn't inititally (i'm a tourist leh!!) but after about 2-3 stops, i really can't take it (feel so bad about hogging on) so i just stand out and offered mine to one old lady and stand all my way to fremantle and this is what i saw during the ride! (belowww!)
so we reached fremantle and it was crowded. all i had in my thought is "i want to get a new top" because the people there wear so nice and i also want! LOL.
so we went to this shop "jay & jay" and i got myself 2 tops for AUD$25. it wasn't a fanastic buy because the material isn't good but design wise i like it!! and i took only 15 mins to decide on the colour of top i wanted. cos it's furtile to ask for my junior's opinion cos all he said is "aiya, just get it la" when i was asking "shit, black is better or grey is better?".
so afterwhich we headed off to fremantle chocolate factory which i wanted to go cos i can't forget how delicious the chocolates were when my junior brought it for me durng his trip to perth few years ago.
in the end, i couldn't find the chocolates so i brought other chocolates and a lot of candies :D
then afterwhich we waited for the bus back to fremantle for abut 1/2 hour and we are like wait until very sian so we decided to have our lunch over there. that's when all my suayness begin.
when we are queueing up for the food, we saw 3 buses to Fremantle passing us by. SWEEET. suay already.
then after our lunch, we had to chase the bus and while running, i feel like weirdly windy and then i realised my buttons on my shirt BUST open while running (after i board on the bus)
the bus uncle was staring at me and i was like "huh. why stare at me", after a few seconds i was thinking "is there something on my shirt? and why is it so cold" so i look down and awesome! i can see my tummy already. so i quickly close and hold on my shirt and at this time my junior board the bus and all i could think is "shit. how am i going to button up my shirt in the bus" while my junior ask the driver if this is the bus to fremantle. THANKS GOD IT IS NOT.
so we got down and i'm like "i need the toilet" and my junior was very clueless because he was behind me all the time whole running. after he know what happen, he kept laughing.
so we got back to the resturant and then while dashing to the toilet my junior suddenly called out to me "SINGYI YOUR CAMERA!!" and it was only at this time when i realised I left the camera at the resturant and another man had picked it up and return it to my junior when we re-enter to the resturant (i was busying looking for the toilet).

so after changing into the tee shirt which i brought earlier on, we decided to change our plan to go to the beach and see the sunset since the fremantle market will be closed by the time we got back.

the sunset is spectular! and it's not very cold too. and we thought we miss the last bus but thanks god we didnt because of a traffic jam phewww!
so we went back to perth station and it was already 8pm (which is like 11pm in sg) so we had no choice but to stick with fast food KFC.
their mash potatoes are terrible, maybe not as bad as the kenny roger JB, maybe 1/4 of a star better than Kenny Roger JB.
