Company's Chalet

Company's Chalet *heavy post!*   The chalet is way better than what I expected! Ha ha, I had so much fun that day i just wish everyday in the company would be something like this! anyway, before we head off to the chalet at 12:30pm, initially I thought today was going to be a lovely relax day but that was just a fat dream, i had a meeting from 9am all the way till 12.30 am with KT, and a conference call too. So at 12:30pm, all the us gather and head off to Changi Village in 2 taxis and 1 car by Evelyn, one of my supervisors, first to have lunch before walking to Aloha Changi's office to do some book in stuff.

 after checking in, we walked to our Chalet - Chalet L which is extremely near to the office! :D don't need to walk so far.






The first thought that came to my room is "omg, it looks damn old and creepy" but when i stepped in, it wasn't that bad auctally, bright and clean, though the toilets remains creepy, like totally! the worst is the mirror in the toilet is facing the living room directly, so, when i sit there in the living room and i turned my head 90 degree to my left, i would see the mirror from the dark toilet, scary like mad! plus, according to feng shui, it's not good to leave the toilet's door open. Hence, I make it a point to close the toilet door every time I see it open.

Siew Yen (Ah Net), my colleague who I always enjoy talking to and whose photo I admired a lot! Pretty right! :D


Lee Kwan, my colleague too, pretty, doesn't look like her age! She likes to laugh a lot :D I remember I asked her a lot of things too initally when I started working and she always help me a lot. :D


Sin Yao, extremely smart. Like really extremely smart and helpful. And I like to talk to her too because she's so nice to talk to also lor!

















Warm up game - Guessing Game. We were divided into three groups and in my group, there's Sinyao, Gladys and me. :D our game went through a lot of improvement aka Kaizen.



























 after the game ended, we played another game but I don't have the photos yet. ):anyway, after finishing both of the games, we decided to have a group photo in our "White Casual" theme uniform before we start the BBQ.

Lol, I borrowed mine from Sin Yao's mum because I so totally refused to take time off to shop for a sexy pyjamas. Luckily I didn't really buy it because obviously, it isn't really a sexy pyjamas night.. haha.

After the BBQ ended, we went indoor for other games and then we were saying Lee Kwan looks like a pregnant lady and she decided to put a basin under her clothes and she started laughing under the influence of wine too..





her face really turned red and then we started comparing her with Zhang Xuan, her reddish is damn super obvious!





that's about all for the games! I haven't download the photos from my company to my laptop so yea, the photos stopped now because my camera had no battery left.. ); we were auctally playing "Guess the numbers" whereas the person who got the number right have to eat the remaining food from the bbq. I was like damn lucky because I never got the number at all! ha ha ha ha. The funniest has got to be Soon Ann, who ate twice in a row because the first time he got it wrong and the second time he remembered the wrong number, so he had to finish the whole of the pork chop. pity him much though I didn't help at all. :p
So after the games, all the others left leaving Hong Chuan, Lee Kwan, Siew Yen, Sin Yao, Soon Ann, Zhang Xuan and me in the chalet. So Sin Yao, Zhang Xuan and I bath first before we all go out to the nearest Cheers to get drinks and tibits, and also some sight seeing of hmmm. :D
Anyway, after getting the drinks and seeing the things which we wanted to see, we went back to our chalet and then we played truth or dare. I refused to pick truth every time I lose and I was forced to do awkward things.. like seriously awkward, but it makes me laugh whenever I think of it because it's funny! 
Then after a few hours, we decided to play truth and no dare. I enjoyed it a lot though I didn't talked much. They made me think a lot. I had this idea all along that the image I present myself to them is cold, aloof, quiet and weird perhaps?
So I told them "auctally I used to be very talkactive.."they were like "What?! You are talkactive all along what!" I was totally stunned by their reaction!
And I remember Siew Yen's before-after view of me because she say that I'm very different from who she thinks I'm.
"When you first came in, I thought you will be another Xuan Ren (the girl who quit before I came in), like very hard to talk to, easily offended. Because whenever I talked to Xuan Ren, I have to mind what I say because I'm afriad whatever I say will be offensive to her.  But after knowing you for a while, I realised you were totally different from Xuan Ren. You are very nice to talk to and you don't mind what people say at all, making it easier for me to talk because I don't have to worry if my words will sound offensive to you."
woah, I didn't expect that to come out of her. It's not that I'm not on good term with Siew Yen, in fact, I'm on rather good terms with her, it's just that, I never realise I'm very nice to talk to.. I had this idea that the image I gave them was I'm hard to talk to.. but well, obviously no? :D
Another one was the one Soon Ann gave
"After knowing Rou Mei (my nickname because I love meat! haha), I realised that she is a totally optimistic person who will do little things to make herself happy. But just that sometimes she is in her own world, but overall, she's a very cute person. Her thoughts are rather mature too acutally, don't know why, but that's my sixth sense. And she and Sin Yao are both very "ON", so on until she didn't even hesitated in saying YES to going UK with Chai Li."
Ha ha, cos I wasn't really close with Soon Ann, I didn't expect him to pick out so many of my habit like "who will do little things to make myself happy". Seriously, even I, myself didn't realized that! I thought I was a pessimistic person in my company lo.. hahaha.
And then it was time to share my opinion on everyone but I realised I couldn't, because when I tried to think of the times i had with my colleagues, I realised most of my memories in my compant were the ones in the meeting room because I've been asked to attend meetings since I entered my company and hence little time with my colleagues.  But I did shared my opinion on Lee Kwan because during the 1st 2 weeks, I was with her together with KT in the meeting room at all time, though my opinion were extremely shallow, like the first time when I got into there, the first person I saw was Lee Kwan and I thought she was an intern student who is damn pretty, and then all i can remember is she passed me the textbook which I had to study and next, all i can remember is the endless meetings.
Then I started to complain about all the meetings because it really robbed me off time with my colleagues! And I couldn't tell them my opinions on each and everyone during the chalet because I didn't talked much with them in the office because I'm struck in the meeting room most of the time. And some times, the meetings were held in the afternoon, and then I would get so stressed I don't have the mood to talk at all!
Then Lee Kwan was like "Ya hor! You really is in the meeting room at all times. Last week you could have a free week but in the end, KT dragged you to the Green Belt course and it's a week course. Hong Chuan is damn lucky compared to you.." I nodded furiously when she said that because he is relatively free compared to me! ): what luck i have.
We chatted so much more but by 5pm, most of them were really tired already and wanted to sleep, except me, because I knew once I sleep, I will never wake up. So in the end, Siew Yen and Sin Yao accompanied me and we played Speed in the living room which got us really excited and scream like no body's business!
Then at 630, we went out to Changi Beach and managed to see the sun rising (though the sky is rather bright already) and had Dim Sum for breakfast! :)
