Pariss Buffet

Pariss Buffet with my colleagues to celebrate the October babies's birthday and yes, I'm treated to the buffet because I'm one of the babies. :D hahaha, cheap skate ah me. :p :p

If I had the opportunity, I will take up my further studies in Australian National University. 

But I'm afraid of going there alone. 

Plus argh, the school fees are so expensive. I'm not worried about the costs of living there because I will be taking up part time jobs and I'm confident I can cope pretty well :D :D

Oh! and the course I plan to take up there will be anything related to computer programming writing.

Who knows maybe in the very end, I will still be having lunch in Makan Place this time next year because I'm studying in SIM. ha ha ha ha. 

sigh, the thought of me graduating next year from NP.. is too devastating I just try my best not to remind me of it. sniff sniff.

Work today is like usual, stress and tiring. And so my supervisor told me I actually was quite a fast learner and he didn't blame me for not understanding a lot of terms they used because I never tried working in the factory before. I don't know why, but I just feel like that wasn't the truth but he was just trying to make me feel better. 

Anyway, I was alone with my supervisor doing revision for the project I was assigned to (I was so damn stress!!) till 12pm and we went to join our other colleagues for lunch. After lunch ended at 2pm, mu hahahaha I had the whole time to myself and so I facebooked, msned (speaking of which, I've actually accidentally deleted all my contacts -.-) and did a bit of summary for Lean concept. And I really treasure this short 3 relaxed hours because tomorrow, I have a conference call at 5pm and that means I have to work OT. Sigh.

Speaking of which, argh, I just randomly visited PetsChannel (www.petschannel.com) and oh my god I can't believe that there are so many puppies up for adoption. I just sent a email to this owner who is letting go of his Pomeranian and it's only 2 months old! But if I'm not wrong, I believe he would want to have some sort of adoption fee because Pomeranian puppies can fetch up to a high price. Please please, please reply me!!

But then, my first choice is auctally the bulldog which is only 7 month old. hahaha, i like bulldog because we both share a common trait - stubborness.

Dog, I need a dog!!

It's 4am right now and I just had this urge to start blogging, as a form of remembering what I've did this week.

In the very end, whatever that I prepared for the battle with TianJin (conference call) is not used at all on Monday.

And I spend my Tuesday and Wednesday calling to the IT Helpdesk asking for them to provide me with the token so that I can do conference meeting in home using the intranet.

My Thursday was spent mostly in the meeting room. Phew I managed to answer all the questions my supervisor asked me. heng ah! I'm so glad I didn't speak at the usual speed which I usually do. I'm now learning from my smart and nice colleague Sin Yao to speak slowly so that I have enough time to think through what I'm talking and also enough time for others to digest what I've said.

My Friday was the most relaxing day. Basically I just spent the whole day facebooking because my supervisor is not working. cool! And after work, as usual, I met up with my loved ones in Cafe Cartel at IMM and I was really really tired due to lack of sleep. So tired I didn't talk much. ):

Then on Saturday, I had to work, but I work under a stress- free mind so I managed to juggle my work well thought I made really a lot of careless mistakes like usual. But at least when people ask me questions, I can still think well. And I carry my conversations well, especially in persuading customers to take up the coupon systems :D other than that, I've decided already, my plan is to continue study. So now, all I have to think is SIM or overseas university. My video centre boss (Who is a mom btw) told me I should try overseas university and I can actually apply for a loan from the bank but.. I don't like the idea of studying using loaned money. But it's a good experience isn't it?

It's Sunday tomorrow. sigh, once tomorrow is over, I have to face a whole new week again omg argh.

Working

Hi! I've worked half day shift today and was late for close to 1 hour because of the traffic jam near Ngee Ann Polytechnic. And during work, I can't concentrate at all because all I had in mind is attachment work work and the fact that my family is down in Chinatown sourcing for ideal travel agency for our overseas trip during Chinese New Year is not helping me concentrate.

But I'm glad my colleague understands the reason why I looked so tense and that i actually stammered while introducing customers how the system works in the shop argh. But still, I just feel so useless because I just can't seem to get things right today.

Ha ha, whatever, the day is over! Sunday is here finally. I need my sleep!! :D :D

Friday Night Starbucks

Work today is stressful. In the very end, I have to bring work home to check because there's a conference call with Tianjin on Monday and I have to prepare for it.

 After work ended, I met up with Lee Woon and Shi Yun in Jurong Point to have dinner together because arghhh i really really get turn off at the thought of having to take train back which wastes so much time and having to work up early for work early tomorrow really freak me off.

We decided to eat in Kopitiam in the very end and I had claypot rice as usual :D so after dinner we walked around hunting for clothes which are suitable for Lee Woon, who wants to prepare for school. Then we went of to starbucks to rest and watch movie at the same time using Shi Yun's laptop. It was so enjoyable, hahahaha this is probably what they mean by simple happiness.

We watched Toy Story 3 on her laptop and uhm, I don't find it that touching till the extend of tearing. hmmm, maybe because the feeling is different when watching in the laptop as compared to in the cinema. Sigh, I really really regret not watching it in the cinemas. ): ):

got to work tomorrow, argh, the thought of having to wake up early for it is so.. distressing. but the most distressing has got to be having to bring work back home to check.

Global Service Day

Global Service Day today gave us an opportunity to go to Paris Ris Park instead of staying in office for the morning. the jumping posts make me laugh like mad when my colleague Soon Ann print it out ha ha ha ha. nice experience and I wish it could last longer than just a morning because after this we have to go back to office and work. sniff sniff. hahahaha.

Dinner with my secondary school classmates

Had a great night tonight with my secondary school friends! :) it's been so long since we last met up. Sigh, I want to go kayaking!!!

Birthday surprise (Workplace)

Spent my birthday in my workplace with my colleagues who made me my birthday breakfast consisting of chicken drumsticks and vegetable. I still have the Styrofoam cup with the teddy bear on it at my desk right now ha ha ha ha. And they purposely include vegetable because I always eat meat. Alas, after watching the video which they show to me about this three year old kid who had really a lot of worms in his stomach, I seriously seriously got really afraid of meat and is starting to eat more vegetables.
i can't believe how fast time flies. I've already started attachment for 1 month already, but still, I have yet manage to adjust myself to working life, whereas there are meetings after meetings, never-ending work and ongoing pressure. I still made frequent careless mistake in my work, like using wrong formula for data, extracting wrong data, so many more. ): and the most importantly of all, i don't really know what I'm doing. But it's a good thing my colleagues are people who are really nice and they always say jokes which are really entertaining ha ha ha ha.

Seoul Garden

went to Seoul Garden with Lee Woon and Shi Yun to celebrate my birthday and also the 1st monthsary of ACAP. :D I doubt I will want to go Seoul Garden ever again because the noise level is high enough to drive Lee Woon and I crazy. I seriously can't stand even a single moment in there even though the chicken is tasty, and the brownie is even tastier! but then.. the environment is really a big turn off! ):

But still, I enjoyed today! (: no day is a boring day with them! :D

Taken using Iphone 4g (front camera) which i borrowed from one of my colleague. and now it's my IM photo ha ha ha. IM is something like MSN but works in a infranet way, as in, it is only accessible to people working inside the company. without IM, I doubt I will ever get this photo because Iphone doesnt allow bluetooth connection to other handphone devices. :/ :/

the alignment meeting is over like finally so I have all the time today to surf the net and etc, previously, I had to work OT to finish up the review. Just yesterday, I stayed in the meeting room with one of my collegue and my superior for one whole day from 10am - 7pm.

Weekends in words

Arghh, it's Sunday already!! ): ):

I just had a awesome Saturday working and going to Newton for dinner with my colleagues which lasts all the way till midnight and Sunday going down to Suntec City to get a pair of shoes from New Look with Siti. No photos though. ): ha ha ha ha.

Saturday was damn ridiculously funny. Someone actually left his brief in our shop and we threw it in our rubbish bin until we realised that it might be the reason why we had no customer the whole day. And I believe it's true, because once we throw the whole rubbish bin out of our shop, in the hour alone, we've made quite a sum of money and within 3 second after my collegue took the rubbish out of our shop, someone paid $50. After work ended, we head off to Newton circle to have dinner and I like nothing from the zi cha shop except their man tou! lol ha ha ha ha. 

Then on Sunday, I went to Suntec City New Look with Siti and we spend 2 hours inside there just shopping, so yuppp we met just to shop New Look ha ha ha ha. I can't believe we spent 2 hours just inside New Look, but we did it! :D :D

It's work again tomorrow. sigh.
