Meiji Day!

I'm off today, but I spend a lot today. Can u imagine that I spend $40++ just on Meiji chcolates??

Here's my day.

Lolx, I wake up at 10.45 instead of 9.30 and I was susposed to meet my juniors at 10 plus, which means I was ultra late. I will have continue to sleep if not for my junior's sms.

Den I put on my coloured contact lenses.. ahem, freak contact lenses. I promise never to use them ever after once I complete the 5 pair of contact lenses.



I've tried Hazel colour but not the grey. The hazel one look strange.

Anyway, we board 246 and hurry down when we saw Meiji (the bus had stop outsdie already). And lala, the chocolate spree begin!

I tink both my juniors didnt buy as much as I did. lolx. Here's what I brought-

So after we brought finish, they came to my home and even rent "Freedom Writer", which obviously I couldnt understand (there's no subtitles).

And instead of watching, they got a nice time laughing over my photos of the past. And they laugh all the way until they went home.

My 1st Pasang Malan with em!

LATE AGAIN! I was late for 5 minutes and was reprimand by MAC. oh, and I got my pay advice today. weee. Finally.

Btw, today we report at 2pm, but I wake up at 12.30pm. Which means I got 9 hours of sleep only.

I spend my break with Mable again. haha, I went to find her and lala, she was shocked.haha. Yong shuang went to eat with KFC because she dun wan to eat dumpling noodles.

Btw, I spend 1 hour eating dumpling noodles. lolx. And after that I eat cheese pancake with Mable. She had chocolates. Chocolates one was much more better.

And so the day went on. I was the last during closing and I make a lot of mistake. =.=' And they were all dumb mistakes.

Btw, Sally refused Yong Shuang's resignation. So she got to work until sales period is over.Thanks god I'm not there already. Cux I wanna spend the last days of the year with my parents. Lala, I'm an family girl okay. =]

Oh, and I went to the pasang malan with Theck Sheng, Yong Shuang and Huplian. Remind me that I still own Teck Sheng $2 for the prawn balls.

This shop

Today I was susposed to rush out of the house by 8.30. But I only woke up at 8.20am and I went to bed again. In the end, I was late by 50 mins and was strictly ordered by Sally not to be late again!

Today was a neutrual day. Morning pass so slow and I went to break all alone (and I'm pretty excited). I went to far east to shop and try on many clothes. lalala. And I was planning to buy. You see, it's difficult to resist the tempt. BUT I didnt buy in the end.

There's this shop which fret me off.
The auntie was very desperate for me to buy her clothes. She offer many ideas for payment.
She ask me how much money I had with me, I sae $5.
She told me I could make an down payment, but I sae I had to eat.
And she asked if I had POSB card, I sae yes, but I inform her I only had $1 +.
She dun care and try.




And all were for $12 per piece. hm, i'm deciding whether I should get or not.

I was so worried that someone transferred me the money (because my spree orgainser still own me money!), luckily it didnt pass. So i promised her I will return, but of ocurse, i didnt. And I'm kinda guilty, because she really help me a lot, although I rather she not help.


The beard papa was in cocoa cream.

Anyway, I was doing the stockroom, (which was so badly done) and went home only at 6.30pm. =.=. After that I went to eat beard papa, and it's the first time i ate that. Not bad it the coment I will give, because my clothes were dirty after I ate it.

And I shop the pasang malun when i got to JP. I almost buy the shorts. In the end, I back out.

And oh ya, I brought my coloured contact lenses,-Hazel brown and grey ones. The person told me I will look fine on this two colours. And btw, Yuling was spot on, she mention brown to me too.

And I also brought a weighing machine. I'm more than 50 kg now. =.=. and later, I'm 45kg. I believe I'm 45kg then.

Well, I meet with Yuling and without gueessing, I was late. i was using the comp and went to buy bread before i meet her. I'm that hungry okay?

The day went on and on. And closing was pretty slow.

When we are on the train, Yuling and I were discussing about the hair colour I should dye/ highlight and the colour of the contact lenses I should get.

Here's the conclusion:

Hair - Red
Contact lenses- Brown

And she promised me to bring her brother colour gel for me to use tmr. It's suspposed to turn my hair red.

btw, When i reach home, I didnt wash my hair. But I read magazines and newspaper until 1 plus, which means I spend about 1 a hour or so just reading. =.=

Yay! I'm that high today, although I'm working full shift.

Morning pass pretty fast, and 12 noon was my break. I had lunch with Yong Shuang, after which Mable joined me. And I was almost late after lunch. haha.

And then, time pass fast again. And 6pm came. I will have to eat alone IF Mable didnt accompany me. Thanks lord. So we finger food and went shopping.

Food we ate-
-Pancake with Chocolate fillings ($1)
-Donut ($1.40)
-Durian Pie ($1.50)

The pancake was normal. The donut was mavellous. The durian pie was fanastic. (But everyone complain of the durian smell in Zara)

And we went to AIX, Guess and Mango to walk. I try pretty much clothes and walk off with disguest. lalala. Zara's clothes is the best.

Oh, i was late when I return from my break.

And after my break, I was so high that I could sing even after my senior scolded me. And ya, my dear senior say butt again. ==

And closing was fast. i reach home by 11.30pm. And I watch show until late in the night, about 2am to 3am

I enter Zara reluntantly, btw, I was late again. lalala, with Jermain. Anyway, i dun have commission already, so it's pointless to be early.

And today, my senior was quite nice to me. And there's this joke which maybe I will laugh at.

Anyway, today I talk to Yen, weee, she's so much nicer to me. We were toking about those old days when i was under her and tremdous pressure, which seems like just only yesterday's happening.

When night falls, when i was doing closing, I got an surprise from Mable. She came to visit me. lalala, and we spoke for quite long.

And I finished my section pretty fast, i'm the first to complete my zone. Lalala. And when my senior check my zone, that's when the joke came in.

Senior: (pointing to my zone) Your butt, your butt
Me : Huh? (She was pointing to the clothes? )
Senior: (point higher) Your butt, your butt.
Me : (I follow her finger) Chey, Bag lar!

Anyway, she didnt reply. I wondered if she heard it or not.

Please, BAG is sooo different from BUTT. Believe me, she really say BUTT. (btw, she's the senior who claim my english was lousy when I cant understand her. Please, can u understand if u were me?)

And I returned home with Jermain. And we almost went the wrong way home. Thanks god I realised in the nick of time.

ps: Orchard is nice for the food. I hearts the dumpling noodles which I ate with Jermain for dinner.

We had Full shift! And btw, full shift today means reaching at 7 am (since the shipment was super early for whatever reason).

I slept at 1am, woke up at 3 because of Yuling's sms, and after that wake up at 5.15am, and sprint for the whole day. Anyway, Yong Shuang was the earliest, we didnt meet, but she woke up at 4.30am.

So we (Yuling, Jermain and I) met at Clementi. Anyway, when we reach orchard, it's about 7.10am but we went to search for a toilet until 7.30 before we went for work. 3 of us appearing at the same time LATE.

And the whole day was super busy. But after break, the trio of us were talking to Sally for about 1 hour, wondering whether to transfer to other outlets or whatever so. I was trying to appeal to have my scheleue changed, but it's unsucessful.

In the end, when i got home, I chiong "Jacky gogogo" until about 2am. LOL, and I was about to doze off when I was watching.

Today was a longggg day. And it hurts me everytime when I think of the shipment the following day.

Btw, the closing was completed only at 11 plus, thanks god my daddy fetch me, and we (wih Yuling) went to Clementi to have our midnight supper and went home to grab a few hours of sleep before we face a new terrible day.

Okay, I finally persuade myself to work at Boon Lay Shopping Centre. The working hours is almost same as Zara, but that I can rise later and sleep earlier. But I will be chionging the OT, so most properly no family dinner for me for this 2 months.

And btw, I spend 2 lame hours yesterday just weighing out the pros and cons of working in Zara and at Boon Lay Shopping Centre. Here's my lame results.



Now, I'm worrying when is my last day of work and when I can start work. Guess tomorrow will be the day when results are release, and I shall fight for my last day to be on 31st Nov 2007.

I only found out yesterday that Pei Ling (CO) was working in Orchard too when we chat for the first time in MSN. So, there's yet another one more friend who is unhappy about working at Orchard.

How fast time pass. I remember a few years back, when we were about Sec 1, we discussed about how we should spend our holidays. We even calculated out that MAYBE we can earn 2k + during the holidays at then. We decided to wake up at 4am to distribute newspaper and then distributes phamlets and so we can earn about 2k per month if we work daily. Then, we dreamt that maybe we can even rent a home to stay.

See, dreams were that apsiring when we were young. But when we came back to real life, we realised how childish our dreams were at then.

We dream of earning a lot of money. We had so much dreams. We dreamt about what job, what courses, and how merry our life were going to be, when it didnt turn out to be.

Those dreams. Are dreams susposed to be belongings of children only? And I dreamt of how CO was going to be great n Sec 1 and how luck I was to meet Peiling. But it didnt turn out that way. i dreamt of how fun my secondary life was susposed to be, but somehow, it didnt.

So what are dreams?

And anyway, I'm wondering whether I should go for that job, because I don't really like the working time. But that's the only part I'm unhappy with.

And so, I just get the resignation form from Mac. Anyway, i keep on wondering, why can I hang on last year but not this year.

I'M WONDERING

Is it because when we enter last year, we do not pinned high hopes on knowing more friends and no high hopes on having really big fun over at Vivocity? At least I enter with faint hopes of knowing new friends, but most importantly, I wanted to gain new experience.

Or perhaps this time round, we enter with too much hopes pinned and felt the pinch when it didnt go by the way it should be.

I remember last year, the first few days of work, who say I had a fun time? I suposed that was the worst, wasnt it? There's Yen and so many Malays, they ignored us, just like those races (Philipines and a lot more) today at Zara NAC.

But then, what makes me that strong to endure the days?

It couldnt be friendship, because Audrey left pretty soon (anyway, when she leaves I got the tempt to leave lo) , and if it is the bond between Ellin, Yuling and Jermain, why couldnt I stay this time round?

So, isnt the first few days just the same as last year's first few days? Then, why couldnt I stay?

I thought about it and realised that I did not stay because obviously, things did not turn out as what I thought.I return to Zara NAC this time round because I wanted experience the fun moment like last year, but I didnt. And the higher the xpectations are, the greater the disappointment will be.

Poeple (at least their attidue) have not changed, but my mindset have change. I enter last year with just the idea of gaining new epxerience and to spend my time the way I want, but this year, i enter with the idea of having fun like last year.

But I know, if I stayed, sooner or later, I will be able to experience fun times like last year. Honestly, but I cant wait. I dunno why- that I can endure CO when it's so much tougher but not Zara.

SO WELL

And anyway, best luck! I'm leaving Zara. And btw, next time when i stepped in, I'm gonna treat my dear seniors who treated me that well like maids! I will ask for new pieces, more and more, and then HUMPH, i walked out without buying. Wahahaha! And ya, I'm going to do so when Hup Lian is not off duty, if not I'll be conducting an evil deed- framing someone innocent.

Yay! I leaving Zara. I'm going to sign the resignation form later, and remember? We signed it last year too, but with different mindset.

SICK YET AGAIN

And I'm sick again. NOW. I going sleep. Tmr, I going call up for jobs. I just need one which

- is at Jurong
-Public Holidays and night off (Oh, I cant tahan going home late or not seeing my parents for one whole day!)

Anyway I got two weeks to look out for jobs. So what's the rush? Let me recover from my illness first. It's killing me.

Zara

I'm thinking of quitting Zara.

Reason to quit Zara: -

- The stock room is too small and no one can lend a helping hand when I'm doing the slotting in. There is little room for us to do the slotting in peacefully.

- The locker room is too small and proves to be disturbing during breaks and going home.

- The working pace is toooo fast and tooooo stressss.

- One meal per day and one bottle of water a day is making me sickkkk (which I'm now)

- 2 hour is wasted for me to telepot myself to Orchard and from Orchard to home.

And I guess I would rather work at Jurong Point, I mean, it's that near to my home. If shipment (if there's any) starts at 8am, i can wake up at 7am, but now, I got to wake up at 6am. Geee, and that's fretting me off.

Honetly, I'm dead serious about quitting. Maybe I'm the strawberry gang or whatever you should say, but I cant accept that I cant drink water as and when I like, because I'm health conscious.

Sicko

I'm sick right now, with a slight fever (which I probably wun noe if I dint play with the thermometer) and a serious sore throat.

Yuling was sick too, with high fever. Only Jermain wasn't, but we, the trio, didnt make it for work today.

And I got to produce an MC tmr, but I'm pretty lazy and not willing to fork out the money for the MC.

So why am I sick? Imagine 4 days drinking only 1 litres daily. (I think it's probably less than that) Well, we cant drink that much because we cant be rushing to the loo most of the time since, the toilet is full always.

Auctally I got so much more complaints, but well, it's time that I go and buy porridage for my lunch.

SO NOW

I wished that my life was all about studying.

Working is like living in the palace. Outsiders want to go in there, insiders want to get out there.

And so I want to make it to the University, because I dont want to work that early. I want to study study study. Since studying is so much easier than working.

Soon, my whole life will be all about working. Let's not talk about retirement, that's crap. You can't retire if you got no money.

And honestly, I don't feel like working at all. It's pretty sad to remind myself that I'm not the girl I'm used to be. Where the world is so colourful and no worries over my daily life. Because I got my parents. But there will be a day when I'm alone.

But then, firstly, there are my O levels. And make sure I can get into my poly. Never will I choose JC, althought it's an easier way to get to University, but please, I got to wake up that early everyday in JC.

And so, Ghost Whisperer had ended yesterday when I was still in Orchard. I hate the ending when you know, it's like nothing was solved, but thanks god I'm going to watch Season 3 rite nw. Hahaha.

And my leg ache now. I've been standing like at least 10 hours yesterday. Can you imagine? 10 hours AT least. And it's so much worst off than cycling for 24 hours ( I guess so )

Oh, and I met someone who had the same name with me, it's nt difficult to meet someone called Xingyi, but it's been ages since I met one, so I'm kinda surprised. And I'm that much similar like her in the way we work. At least I saw my past year in Zara from her yesterday.

And I'm tired, even though I slept for about 10 hours. And I guess my rest day will be spend on sleeping if my mum didnt call me up.

And I'm that fed up because I did not get enough rest.

Starting

I'm that tired now.

And I miss Zara Vivocity that much! Especially after I step into Zara Ngee Ann. If you've worked there before, you will be shocked at :

- How pathenic small the stockroom is at Ngee Ann. I couldnt bring myself to believe it at the first place.

-How pathenic small the locker room is. And it dampen my heart because the lockers were that small and honestly, staying at the locker room will dampen one's spirit.

Geee.. I wish everything is like last year.

Now I hope that more juniors can enter into TRF, because I'm there nw.

Oh, and I saw Mable. And I like her hairstyle. Oh god, she got a chubby face that goes well with everything. Weee.

And how long didnt we see each other? I guess it's a good 11 months since I last seen or heard her.

And I miss Vivocity's fitting room. It's manageable and.. you know ya? haha. At least I know!

Class Chalet

Changi Airport is 7 minutes away from Pasir Ris by highway. And I wanna turn right at the very there.

Just attended my class chalet just now. Weee, it's quite fun, but it will be even better IF we can trvel to Changi Airport. Of course we didnt make it lar.

And I finally sign my Zara contract yesterday. Yay! We - Yuling, Jermain and me - went all the way to Toa Payoh to get it signed. (We took MRT, took Bus No 8 and alight at the 6th stop) And I spend a goody $7 on that dish, which leaves me peniless for the whole of the chalet.

Next we went to Pasir Ris to meet See Theng and Catherine bfore we head down to Adranda Country Club. We were in the chalet whole day long until 5pm, when we went to rent the bikes, and start our journey.

I think it's 8pm by then when we start the BBQ. And I was pretty high already. I keep on asking my turn to do the fanning of the flames. Weee, and my hands hurt pretty much. And I was doing the count down then- to 10pm- Heroes. I was that excited.

So, I watch Heroes at 10 and bathe at 12am, and went for the bicycle ride. So we - Yuling, See Theng, Joshua, Catherine and me- ride one round of the Pasir Ris Park before we come to an conclucsion - riding at the main roads to Changi Airport, because Joshua sae that we could travel to Changi Airport, BUT he didnt know how to. So in the end, we try our best to go to Changi Airport, which fail.

The closest we were to Changi was the split road around White Sand Shopping centre, because it is 7 mins more to Changi Airport by the expressway. I tink that's when we are closest to Changi.

So we gave up (which I really hate to do so) and went to White Sands Shopping Centre and saw Zhiti and her gang. So we went to McDonald (it's close but there were table and chairs) and have a seat.

And we started to talk about errie things. OMG! It's freaky scary and we talk about it until 4 plus before we change topic. And it's freezing by then. And the chill remind me of CO. Orginally I thought I shiver because I was afraid, until they told me they were cold too.

So we went bak to chalet at 5 plus and I was kinda freak out throughtout the whole journey, and it's dark. Of course not only that lar, but.. =s

Anyway, we went back, I realised I lost my bicycle key. So I got to pay for it. And I went to have an early breakfast at 7am and I ate my whole pigorgan soup within 15 mins.

Den, pack and go.

I'm back bed!

Fuhua Open House

Above: That's my Juniors with me! There's another, Sebastian, who was nt at school that day. Weee, and I miss them that much!

I went to Fuhua Open House eventually. Thanks god! I thought I will never have a chanc to visit it. Thanks god there's Peiyu and Yuling, okay, and Joshua. But Yuling go off after a while. So I'm lucky Peiyu accompany me, althought she wanted to go there too. And I had to wait for my juniors that long because they got to change, and to move the instruments.

Weeee, the one in school uniform was in Suona, so he wasnt officially my junior, but then, he's younger than me, so he is still, afterall my junior! Oh, he's a funny one. But it's too bad that when he came to CO, I was about to leave already. But still, we keep in contact. Most of the time by MSN.

And the one in CO shirt is offically my junior, He's the one who use his sheng to hit my head, and use his fist to hit my hand that hard that it got swollen. Lolx, I woundt have go back to CO last year, 18.12.2007 if nt for him. Cux it's pretty bad that I left him to solo when he just came in to CO for barely 4 months, so I decide to go back that day, to save him, IF i can.

Oh, and he's a miracle, cux he make a converation that stupid until it becomes a real funny one, and his conversation were coffee, cux everytime at CO combine I will be so high after I talk to him.

Sebastian was an intelligent one. haha, but we lose contact pretty soon cux we were not that close. haha, and I believe he can make it great! Weeeee.

And they make my last year at CO that fun, that I wanna go back to CO every minute. wahahaha.

At night, my dad fetch my whole family to travel on the new expressway, KBE and we wanted to go to Hougang in the first place to eat Mi Goreng but we didnt. Instead we went to Ikea and Giant.

And we went to Bukit Timah to have our midnight supper, which is like 12am already. I like the chicken wings and the fishball noodles.

We reached home at around 1am and I watched the Saturday midnight show on Channel 8 which is produced in 1987, can u imagine? I was not even born at that year. Oh, and I wa that tired that I immdeiately dozed off once I lied on my bed.

Sentosa's trip

AND SO, I'M BACK!

Wee, we, the chocolates, went to Sentosa to celebrate the Sept- Nov 9th babies.

Firstly, we met at Jurong East. Sadly to sae so, I was the latest to reach, 20 mins late.

Blah blah blah, so we took the train to Harbourfront. And oh god, it seems so familiar. AFTERALL, I've been throught this all of my hoildays last year.

And so, we reach sentosa, the first we played was Uno, and thanks god, I did not lose!

So, we proceed to Vivocity after that, and celebrate Catherine's birthday at the meantime. Wee. Happy birthday!

And I brought $23.70 ($7.90 x 3) worth of chocolates for my juniors, because I will be going back to Fuhua Open House tmr. And it sure makes me feel so excited. Honestly, it does. =)

Oh, and my aunt and 2 cousins, Da n Xiao jiejie visit me. And Xiao Jiejie grab away few of my fashion magazines.

And my Dajiejie use my MSN for awhile, that explain why I keep logging on and off that day.

Weee, I had an conversation with Mable. Yup, the one in the tagboard. SHe is working in Taka, but we are in different stores. That's something good. Because I'll be like a superglue if we work together and then we will suffer under YEN, because we are that LAZY when we get together.

And I had such a laugh just nw, because I rmb those days! LOLx, when she ran into the fitting rm in a fit of rush, like "omig, something terrible has happen". And she run all this way just to tell me she went to Faymond and Amos friendster. Autcally I started laughing when she mention friendster. I dnno why, i just laguh. And I had an bad stomach ache even before she continued.

And it's been a year, lolx, pretty fast, wasnt it?

And I'm really looking forward the week after next! Yahoooo!
