I got into the top 8 for the annual Fencing novices 09.
ehhh, it's like knowing myself getting 15 for L1R5 (90% happy 10% disappointed) because I made the same old mistakes for O lvls and fencing.
In O lvl:
nvm lah, 1 mark only, donate to teacher lah (so I didn't check my paper that thoroughly)
In fencing when I can push the fencer out of the poule (which means I can get 1 point):
nvm lah, 1 mark only, easy to catch up lah. (so I retreat)
anyway, I was damn super high initially. I went around boasting about my injured finger that it is my lucky finger HAHAHA. and I'm very happy with my performance and the position i got in. unlike the Ulu Pandan competition, this time round I won without any benefits, so I did win my no 8 postion honourable.
1st round: won 4, lose 1 (4/5)
2nd round: (final 32?) (13/15)
did what one of the guys were saying to be stupid. LOL, but I will say I'm compassiate, instead of pushing the girl out of the polue (which means I will get 1 mark), I retreat. HAHAHAHAHAHA. :D :D
round 3: final 16 (14/15)
I'm proven to be a miracle right now!
round 4: final 8 (15/16) I LOSE
I LOST BY THAT ONE MARK!!!
at first I lost to her by like what 3:7 then break, and Dennis told me to attack.
so I attack and catch up and so in the end, 15:15.
By then time is up so we have to fence once more AND this time round I ATTACK when I shouldn't do so! :( :( :( and Dennis was very agitated by my action.

and one of the very 2 mistakes I made
- I retreat when I can push her out of the poule AGAIN
- I hit the girl's arm but the girl claimed I didn't AND I didn't probe further.
2 MARKS just like that gone. :( :( :( I think it's habit. I'm too used to retreating when I push someone too hard. and didn't probe? it's too long a habit already. :( :( :( :(
whatever ah, no one expects that I can get into the FINAL 8 lol. I CANT TOO, even the guys lah. like I so slack at training. LOL.
oh oh oh! and this was how i trained my lunge (even though I didn't get to use it at all today)
LOL cute and creative right?! HAHAHAHA.
the board reads: HIT ME HIT ME. I'M YOURS TO HIT. wahahahahahaha!
